Chad summons the Chargé d'Affaires of its embassy in Israel for consultations
The Chadian Foreign Ministry announced that the Chargé d'Affaires in Israel was summoned yesterday, Saturday, for consultations due to "the killing of innocent civilians in the Gaza Strip."
The ministry said in a statement, according to local and Israeli media, “Chad condemns the loss of innocent civilian lives and calls for a ceasefire that leads to a permanent solution to the Palestinian issue. As a result, it was decided to summon the Chargé d’Affaires in Israel for consultations.”
Earlier, several countries recalled their ambassadors from Israel, such as Turkey, Chile, Bahrain and others, and Bolivia suspended its diplomatic relations with Tel Aviv.
