A case before the International Criminal Court for “war crimes” against journalists during the aggression on Gaza
The non-governmental organization Reporters Without Borders announced today, Wednesday, that it had filed a lawsuit before the International Criminal Court, regarding the commission of “war crimes” against journalists during the ongoing occupation aggression against the Gaza Strip, since the seventh of last October.
The organization said in a statement published by Agence France-Presse, “Reporters Without Borders submitted a complaint regarding war crimes to the Office of the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court on October 31, 2023, detailing the cases of nine journalists killed since October 7, and two others. They were injured while doing their work.”
In a non-final statistic, 35 journalists were announced for their promotion during their coverage of the aggression on the Gaza Strip.
