A number of family members of Al-Jazeera colleague Wael Al-Dahdouh, including his wife, son, and daughter, were killed in an Israeli bombing that targeted a house to which they were displaced in the Nuseirat camp in the central Gaza Strip.

Our colleague Al-Dahdouh was distinguished by his accurate coverage of the Israeli bombing and the numerous massacres it is committing in its ongoing aggression against the Gaza Strip, and he conveyed on the ground the extent of the destruction and the clear targeting of defenseless civilians in the Strip.

Al Jazeera commented that targeting the Dahdouh family comes as a form of Israeli revenge against Al Jazeera as a result of its continuous coverage of the Israeli war and the massacres it commits during it against the Palestinians besieged in the Gaza Strip.
