Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant will reportedly head to the United States to meet with senior UN and U.S. officials, according to Hebrew media.
According to the Hebrew website Ynet, Gallant will meet with the Secretary General of the United Nations Antonio Guterres and the ambassadors of the UN Security Council member nations.
The defense minister will provide them with a security briefing, and also participate in events in support of the IDF.
