Shtayyeh said: "Leadership is a path to leadership, and every success story of a woman is a step towards economic, political or societal leadership. We are an educated people and women make up 51% in universities. This is a pride for Palestine, but it must translate itself into education being a tool for providing opportunities." Creativity, excellence and leadership.
He continued, "We want women to take their chances, as the government's policy is based on two basic issues, inclusiveness and equality," noting that the government has enacted a set of laws and taken measures to enhance the role of women, and has also launched programs to employ women, train them, and support their projects.

And Shtayyeh added: "One of the challenges facing women is also facing gender discrimination in the workplace, and we are working hard to make men and women equal at work. We have to create a state of societal transformation, not only in the introduction of technology in agriculture and others, but also in entrepreneurship that needs Women should stand on an equal footing with men.
He explained, "Women can benefit from the $400 million Sustainability Fund for soft loans for their projects, and we hope that the Monetary Authority will facilitate everything possible in order for businesswomen to obtain the loans they need."
