The Shin Bet claims to have arrested a young man recruited by Hamas to carry out an attack

The Israeli General Security Service, the Shin Bet, revealed on Wednesday that a Palestinian youth from Umm al-Fahm, inside occupied Palestine, had been arrested, a few weeks ago, for planning to carry out an attack.

According to the Hebrew website Ynet, the detainee is Muhammad Nader Mahajna (20 years old), from Umm al-Fahm, who was recruited by Hamas to carry out a bombing attack on a bus line in the Hadera area.

The Shin Bet claimed that it had found means used to communicate with the "Hamas" movement in Gaza, and it was revealed from the interrogation with him that he had planned an attack using an explosive device that was to be planted on Street 921, and had collected information on the location of the attack, with a focus on security areas.

Today, the Israeli Public Prosecution filed an indictment against Mahajna, under the pretext of serious "security violations".
