The Captive Club holds the occupation responsible for the fate of the wounded Muhammad Al-Zughair

The Palestinian Prisoners Club held the occupation fully responsible for the life of the detainee, Muhammad Amin Al-Zughair (31 years), from Hebron, who suffers from severe burns he sustained as a child during the Al-Aqsa Intifada in 2002, and he was ten years old at the time, which caused him disfigurement. And disabilities in his hands as a result of the severe injuries he suffered at the time.


The Captive Club said that Al-Zughair, who was arrested on the ninth of May, underwent dozens of surgical and cosmetic operations over the past years, and despite the passage of 21 years since his injury, he still suffers from severe ulcers in his body, and he needs close health follow-up and continuous treatment. .


The Palestinian Prisoners Club called for his immediate release, to ensure the continuation of his treatment and follow-up on his health, considering that his continued detention is a crime.


The Captive Club stated that Al-Zughair is married and has four children, noting that a court session will be held for him tomorrow, Thursday, in the military court of the occupation in (Ofer).
