Where is the world from the occupation’s attacks on the holy religious places?!

Israel does not stop carrying out repeated attacks not only against the land and people, but also against religious sanctities. The occupation soldiers attacked and destroyed the contents of the Gate of Mercy in the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, just as they attacked worshipers in the Church of the Holy Sepulcher and obstructed the religious traditions recognized by the whole world. The settlers continued their incursions into Al-Aqsa and religious rites in its vicinity, and the occupation forces cut off the evening call to prayer on the Temple Mount.

The occupation municipality in Jerusalem, through the so-called Local Committee for Planning and Building, had approved a plan to restore Al-Qasr Castle, south of Old Jerusalem, which includes building a hotel and a hundred settlement units. ».

Two martyrs fell in Jerusalem and Aqabat Jabr camp in Jericho governorate, and raids and arrest campaigns did not stop, as usual, in many areas.

It is clear that the occupation persists and continues its attacks without any regard for laws and humanitarian concepts, but all of this will not defeat the determination of our people and their adherence to their rights, land and future..and the future is definitely ours.

Security Council meetings are merely repetitions of positions without any results.

Yesterday, the UN Security Council held several meetings to discuss the Palestinian issue and the attacks of the occupation. A number of delegates, including Foreign Minister Riyad Al-Maliki, delivered speeches in this session. The vast majority of the statements were in support of our rights and against the occupation and with the demand to stop its practices and attacks.

There is no doubt that delivering our message to world public opinion is an important and necessary issue, but it must be acknowledged and emphasized that the United Nations held dozens of sessions and adopted hundreds of resolutions, but nothing changed and the occupation remained active and aggressive.

What is required is effective field positions for the countries that verbally support us to actually practice them. The occupation only understands the language of force in all its political, economic and military forms.

In this context, we affirm our appreciation and respect for all countries that supported us politically in the Security Council, and we hope that they will turn their words into influential actions..!!
