On Monday, the Israeli police announced that they had arrested a girl from Rahat , a resident of the Negev , who tried to carry out a stabbing attack last night at the Damascus Gate in occupied Jerusalem.
According to the Hebrew website Ynet, the girl (30 years old) tried to use "scissors" in the stabbing process against a police officer.
He indicated that her detention was extended by 7 days to complete the investigations with her.
