Stability of gas supplies from Russia to Germany via the Nord Stream pipeline
Berlin (dpa) - Russian natural gas shipments coming to Europe via the Nord Stream pipeline have stabilized at 40% of the line's operational capacity, while no quantities of gas have been pumped today from Germany to Poland via the Yamal-Europe pipeline.
Bloomberg news agency stated that the gas supplies coming to Germany through the Nord Stream line, the largest Russian gas transmission line to Europe today, will be about 30 gigawatts per hour, compared to 29.3 gigawatts per hour yesterday, according to the data of the transmission capacity reservation through the line.
The usual operating capacity of the line is estimated at 73 GWh.
At the same time, gas supplies from Germany to Poland via the Yamal-Europe pipeline fell to zero today, compared to 2.2 GWh yesterday.
It is expected that Russian gas exports through Ukrainian lines today will be 41.9 million cubic meters, compared to 42.2 million cubic meters yesterday.
