The “close relatives” are limited to: (the father, brother, husband, or son) only, and no one else.
This came in the ministry’s response to a question about the possibility of accompanying an uncle or uncle when performing the rituals of Hajj for this year, as the Ministry of Hajj said in its response today: “It is not possible to add a mahram except for kin in the offered options (father, brother, husband, son) The possibility of linking their data with the applicant.

And the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah stated when announcing the Hajj mechanism for this year last week; that a woman can register with a mahram or without a mahram with the Women’s League; While when registering in Muharram, he must enter his personal information, and he must have previously registered through the electronic portal for receiving requests for those wishing to register for Hajj for this year 1442 AH.

The Ministry provided 4 categories for the “Muharram”, they are: (husband, brother, father, or son); Provided that the offender has previously registered with a separate application.

And last Saturday, the Saudi Ministry of Hajj announced that the Hajj for the year 2021 will be limited to citizens and residents inside the Kingdom, with a total of 60,000 pilgrims, due to the continuing developments of the emerging Corona virus pandemic that causes “Covid-19” disease, and the emergence of new mutations in it in the world.
