Ramallah - "Al-Quds" dot com Al-Quds University , represented by its president, Prof. Imad Abu Kishek signed a joint cooperation agreement with the TM R & D Center of Research, Development and Invention of the Malaysian Telecom Company, under the auspices of the Embassy of the State of Palestine in Malaysia, after a series of virtual meetings to discuss aspects of work in the fields of scientific research, training and development.

The agreement included the provision of 10 scholarships for Palestinian students to study at MMU, in order to attract outstanding students, which are fully funded scholarships offered to students wishing to study bachelor's, master's and doctoral degrees.

For his part, the Ambassador of the State of Palestine, Walid Abu Ali, praised the efforts made to sign this agreement, and stressed that it comes within the framework of the embassy's efforts to consolidate relations between Palestinian and Malaysian educational institutions in various scientific, research and cultural fields.

The two parties, in turn, confirmed that this agreement aims to strengthen academic cooperation with regard to projects that serve the scope of joint work in the research, training and professional fields.

The previous meetings between the university and the center focused on studying cooperation in the field of scientific studies and research, benefiting from laboratories, training and development, and participation in workshops, conferences and events, in addition to other aspects that were culminated in the signing of the memorandum.
