Kochavi said in a speech to a special conference of the Israeli General Staff, following the conclusion of the "Chariots of Fire / Month of War" maneuver, that one of the reasons for the increase in attacks in the West Bank stems from the Palestinian Authority's loss of control and rule over some areas of the northern West Bank mainly, which have turned into fertile ground. for the growth of "terrorism".


He stressed that his forces, in light of the current situation, will continue their operations in order to protect the Israelis and thwart any attacks, saying: "We will reach every city, neighborhood, alley, house or basement in order to achieve this and restore security. Our activity will continue and we are ready to increase it as needed."
