Ramallah - "Jerusalem" dot com - As part of the Bank's strategy to strengthen the relationship with local community institutions, the Regional Director of the Housing Bank , Mr. Osama Harzallah, signed a memorandum of understanding with the Union of Metallurgical and Engineering Industries, represented by Mr. Robin Al-Julani, at the headquarters of the Bank's regional administration, in the presence of both The Deputy Regional Director, Mr. Ibrahim Melhem, and the Director of the Corporate Banking Services Department, Mr. Osama Al-Najjar.

In this meeting, the two sides worked on studying and discussing mechanisms for developing ways of cooperation and understanding between the bank and the members of the union and providing special services to its members. The corporate facilities sector, whether in direct facilities through business financing programs, financing fixed assets and commercial vehicles, or through indirect facilities packages such as guarantees, credits, and others.

In this regard, the Regional Director of the Housing Bank, Mr. Osama Herzallah, said that this cooperation represents the bank's vision of achieving a permanent partnership with institutions and sectors that constitute the basic building block in the renaissance of the economic sector, stressing that the bank always seeks to facilitate banking transactions and continuously provides programs that suit the aspirations of customers and contribute to serve their economic interests. He confirmed that the Housing Bank always seeks to enhance the excellence of its services, maintain long-term success, and actively participate in innovative services that meet the needs of its customers, as the values and strategies of the Housing Bank always reflect its commitment to contributing to the provision of banking and financial services in an easy and developed manner.

In his turn, Mr. Robin Al-Julani said that the Housing Bank continuously provided banking services and facilities to the members of the union, stressing the role of these facilities in raising the level of efficiency and productivity of the various sectors covered by the union, which ultimately serve the people of society. During the meeting, he thanked the bank for the good reception. He stressed that the terms of the agreement will constitute an incentive for the development of industrial and engineering operations through the package of direct and indirect facilities that were presented by the bank.

It is noteworthy that the Housing Bank operates through business centers of companies specialized in managing the relationship with corporate customers, where all the financing needs of the corporate and businessmen category are provided through a specialized relationship manager, in addition to a variety of individual products such as personal and real estate loans, car financing, etc., and it is referred to The bank provides its banking services in the West Bank and Gaza Strip through 15 branches that provide the highest level of service to its customers.
