The head of the Jewish Agency cancels a visit to South Africa for fear of being arrested.

The head of the "Jewish Agency for Israel," retired Major General Doron Almog, canceled a planned visit to South Africa for fear of an arrest warrant being issued against him, in light of the genocide being committed by Tel Aviv in the Gaza Strip.

The Jewish Agency is a public body that serves as the executive arm of the Zionist movement, aimed at encouraging Jewish immigration to Palestine. After the declaration of the establishment of Israel on May 15, 1948 (the Palestinian Nakba), it became known as the "Jewish Agency for Israel."

The official Hebrew broadcasting authority reported on Sunday that Almog was scheduled to visit South Africa and meet with the Jewish community there, without mentioning the date of the canceled visit.
