On the 34th day of the resumption of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip, the Israeli army continued its airstrikes and artillery shelling on Sunday, targeting various areas across the Strip. From dawn on Saturday until Sunday morning, more than 56 Palestinians were killed in airstrikes targeting residential areas, bringing the death toll in Gaza to more than 100 in just 48 hours, amid escalating aggression and relentless bombardment.
The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced that the number of dead in the Gaza Strip since the resumption of the latest aggression has reached 1,783, in addition to 4,683 wounded, according to official statistics.
Since the war began on October 7, 2023, the death toll has risen to 51,157, while the number of wounded has exceeded 116,724.
