Several citizens, including two children, were injured with bruises and shrapnel from bullets on Wednesday during an Israeli army raid on the Deheishe refugee camp, south of Bethlehem.
The Palestinian Red Crescent Society said that its crews in Bethlehem dealt with two injuries to two 15-year-old children after they were assaulted by the occupation forces, and they were transferred to the hospital.
She added that its crews also transported a 50-year-old man who had been injured with bullet shrapnel in his face and assaulted, after the occupation forces prevented access to him for a period of time.
The association explained that its crews also dealt with a 46-year-old citizen from Deheishe camp who was assaulted as a result of the ongoing raid, and he was transferred to the hospital.
The occupation forces stormed the Deheishe refugee camp from its southern entrance (Al-Nashash), arrested citizen Mustafa Atiya Al-Hasanat (26 years old), detained more than 20 citizens, and interrogated them in the field.
