Saudi Arabia renews its call on the international community to stop Israel's violations.

Before the Human Rights Council, Saudi Arabia reiterated its call for the international community to shoulder its responsibilities by putting an end to Israeli violations and working to halt all Israeli military operations, whether in the Palestinian territories or Syria.

During the Council's session on "The Human Rights Situation in Palestine and Other Occupied Arab Territories" in Geneva, Switzerland, Ambassador Abdul Mohsen bin Khathila, Saudi Arabia's Permanent Representative to the United Nations and International Organizations, strongly condemned the continued attacks and violations perpetrated by Israel against the Palestinian people, noting the systematic targeting of civilians.

He stressed Saudi Arabia's rejection of the Israeli occupation's establishment of an agency aimed at displacing Palestinians from the Gaza Strip and its approval of the separation of 13 illegal settlement neighborhoods in the West Bank, considering this a flagrant violation of international law and international humanitarian law.

He also expressed Saudi Arabia's condemnation of the Israeli bombing of Syrian territory, noting that these attacks pose a serious threat to the security and stability of Syria and the entire region. He called on the international community to shoulder its responsibilities in putting an end to these violations and working to halt all Israeli military operations, whether in Palestinian or Syrian territories.

The Saudi ambassador stressed that peace will only be achieved if the Palestinian people obtain their legitimate rights, foremost among them the establishment of an independent state on the 1967 borders with East Jerusalem as its capital. He also reiterated the Kingdom's full solidarity with Syria, both its government and people, and called for respect for its sovereignty and an end to all violations that threaten its security and stability.
