PALESTINE

Thu 27 Mar 2025 4:43 pm - Jerusalem Time

855 Palestinians killed since the resumption of the war on Gaza, and the occupation is considering escalating the aggression.

Dozens were killed and wounded on Thursday in Israeli military attacks on Gaza, marking the tenth day of the resumption of the war of extermination in the Strip. Meanwhile, the wave of forced displacement due to Israeli airstrikes continues.

The Israeli army continued its ground operation in the northern, southern, and central Gaza Strip, amid ongoing shelling and house demolitions in northern Beit Lahia, north of the Gaza Strip, and in the town of Abasan al-Kabira, east of Khan Yunis.

The Israeli military warned residents of neighborhoods in Gaza City to evacuate their homes ahead of their planned bombing, as part of a genocide against Palestinians that has continued for the 17th month. This includes "residents of the neighborhoods of Western and Eastern Zeitoun, Tel al-Hawa, the Old City, Sheikh Ajlin, Sheikh, Tasbeeh al-Nafuz, and Southern Rimal."

An Israeli military spokesman said, "This is a preliminary and final warning before an attack," claiming that the evacuation decision came in response to rockets being fired from the area toward Israel. He concluded by saying, "You must move immediately to the southern Gaza Valley, to known shelters."

Meanwhile, the United Nations announced that 142,000 people were displaced once again after the Israeli army resumed its attacks on the Gaza Strip and issued "evacuation orders."

The UN spokesman said that the ongoing Israeli airstrikes, "evacuation orders," and continued withholding of humanitarian aid have exacerbated the situation in the Strip.
