A woman was killed and five people were injured in a series of Israeli raids on villages in southern Lebanon.

The Lebanese National News Agency reported that "one person was killed and three others were wounded in the town of Toulin, south Lebanon," following Israeli airstrikes on the area.

Shortly before that, the Lebanese Ministry of Health announced that two people were injured in the town of Kfar Kila in southern Lebanon as a result of Israeli shelling.

The agency explained that "enemy aircraft launched a large-scale air aggression, carrying out, starting this afternoon, a series of airstrikes targeting the heights of Jabal Safi, the outskirts of Kfar Houna, Jabal al-Rafi', and the outskirts of the town of Sajd, in southern Lebanon."

Airstrikes also targeted the heights surrounding Mleeta, the outskirts of Ain Qana, and Kafr Malki in the Iqlim al-Tuffah region to the south, according to the agency.

The occupation's warplanes also carried out an airstrike on the Basaliya area and another on Birkat al-Jabour in Kfar Jouna, bombed the outskirts of al-Aishiyya in the Jezzine area, and raided the al-Salhani area on the outskirts of the town of Beit Lif in the Bint Jbeil district in the south.
