Settlers burn agricultural room and steal tent in the West Bank
Today, Monday, settlers, under the protection of occupation soldiers, burned an agricultural room in the village of Abu Shaban, east of the town of Yatta, south of Hebron.
According to local sources, heavily armed settlers infiltrated under the protection of occupation soldiers, burned down an agricultural room belonging to citizen Ali Ayesh Qaraish, and wrote inflammatory and racist slogans on it.
She pointed out that the settlers, as part of their ongoing attacks aimed at displacing the citizens of Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron, burned the vehicle of citizen Majed Al-Dababseh several days ago in the same area, wrote racist slogans on his house, and tried to storm the house of the Al-Adra family.
In the Jordan Valley, settlers stole a residential tent and its contents last night in Humsa in the northern Jordan Valley.
The settlement file official in Tubas Governorate, Moataz Basharat, reported that the settlers stole an “uninhabited” residential tent, a water tank, and other contents belonging to the citizen Yasser Mahmoud Muhammad Abu Lakbash.
Last month, settlers carried out 318 acts of vandalism and theft of citizens’ property, which affected large areas of land, and resulted in the uprooting of 969 trees, including 960 olive trees, 350 of which were in the Hebron Governorate, 328 in Bethlehem, 160 in Salfit, 100 in Nablus, and 31 in Ramallah.
