Updated: Israeli occupation launches an arrest campaign in the West Bank and Jerusalem
The Israeli occupation forces launched an arrest campaign in the West Bank and occupied Jerusalem at dawn on Wednesday.
In occupied Jerusalem, the occupation forces arrested Hamza Zaghir, Adi Jihad Zaghir, Ahmed Basem Zaghir, Abdullah Munir Zaghir, Moataz Zaghir, Izz al-Din Misbah Abu Subaih, Subaih Misbah Abu Subaih, Mahmoud Triyaki, and the freed prisoner Majed al-Jubeh, from the city of Jerusalem, on the pretext of their participation in welcoming the freed Jerusalemite prisoner Ashraf al-Zaghir, who was released as part of the ceasefire agreement in Gaza.
They also raided the home of the freed Jerusalemite prisoner Ashraf Zaghir, searched it and ransacked its contents.
The occupation also arrested the young man Mahmoud Al-Taryaki from the town of At-Tur, east of Jerusalem, after raiding his home and tampering with its contents.
In Ramallah, the occupation forces raided many citizens' homes during their storming of the city of Al-Bireh, the town of Beitunia, west of Ramallah, the villages of Deir Ammar, Kober, Shaqba, Abu Shakhdam, and Al-Mazra'a Al-Qibliya, northwest of Ramallah, the towns of Silwad, Kafr Malik, and the village of Barqa, east of Ramallah, and the Jalazone camp, north of Ramallah.
In Tulkarm, the occupation forces arrested the young man, Tamer Issam Nassar, after raiding and searching his home in the town of Anabta. He is a former detainee.
In Jenin, the occupation forces raided the house of the young man, An’ad Abu al-Khair Tahaineh, in the town of Silat al-Harithiya, and ransacked its contents, before arresting him.
