Yesterday, the international legal team assigned by the Palestinian Bar Association to the International Criminal Court submitted a memorandum to the Office of the International Prosecutor, attaching to it a document portfolio in which it established evidence that Israeli infantry burned Kamal Adwan Hospital last Friday, to force the medical staff and patients to leave the hospital. Later, on the same day, the aircraft bombed them after they had gathered outside the hospital, which led to the martyrdom of 50 and the serious injury of the rest.

The head of the team, Dr. Faisal Khazal, added in a press statement that arrived yesterday: The team of lawyers explained in its memorandum that this military operation is classified as a systematic international crime punishable by all international laws, and that it is one of the most heinous series of massacres committed by Israel in the Gaza Strip, where it killed innocent people through deception.

Khazal concluded his statement by saying: “We will continue to preserve the rights of Palestine and its people until the end of the ugly war on Gaza. Accordingly, the international team of lawyers issued its report for the end of the year 2024, where it carried out its work over 448 days to defend the rights of the State of Palestine and all civilians in the Gaza Strip.”
