Duweikat: External agendas to eliminate the camps, a living witness to our people’s catastrophe

Revolutionary Council member Talal Duweikat said that Jenin, with its camp, villages and city, has made great sacrifices over the years in confronting the occupation, and that Palestinian security and the Fatah movement, the backbone of all Palestinian organizations, must not surrender to such people who want to hijack the Palestinian national scene.

In an interview with Voice of Palestine Radio on Monday, Duweikat stressed that a large part of those outside the law are misled and that there are parties behind these attempts and that the only beneficiary of them is the occupation, as we have begun to sense from the public statements of Netanyahu, Ben Gvir and Smotrich the targeting of the West Bank through annexation and displacement operations.

Duweikat stressed the need for all Palestinian factions and families to stand alongside the security establishment, which has been present for more than a week in the hundreds around the camp to combat such ideas that express the point of view of regional parties that want to implement plans through which they seek to destroy the national project.

Duweikat reiterated that there is a clear paradox between the security forces who are keen on Palestinian blood, and the outlaws who do not hesitate to take any opportunity to kill.

Duweikat added that the occupation and those with foreign agendas are exploiting young people inside the camp to implement their projects that serve the occupation, which seeks to eliminate the camps, the living witness to the catastrophe of the Palestinian people, stressing the need for awareness at this stage to thwart the opportunity for the occupation, which is lying in wait for our people and planning a new migration for them.
