Israeli occupation closes the entrances to the city of Hebron and a number of its towns
This evening, Saturday, the Israeli occupation forces closed the entrances to the city of Hebron, its towns, villages, and camps with earth mounds, iron gates, military barriers, and cement blocks.
According to local sources, the occupation forces closed the main roads of the city of Hebron with iron gates and military checkpoints, including Farsh al-Hawa, al-Fahs, Ras al-Joura, Halhul and Beit Kahil bridges, Bani Naim, Idhna, Beit Einun, Sa’ir, Tarqumiya, Beit Awwa, Deir Samit, Dura, Yatta, al-Samou, al-Dhahiriya, and the camps of al-Fawar and al-Arroub.
The occupation authorities claimed that a number of its soldiers were run over at the entrance to Al-Fawar camp, south of Hebron, which resulted in a number of them sustaining various injuries.
The occupation forces prevented citizens from walking through the entrance to Al-Fawar camp and fired live bullets and tear gas canisters at the citizens, causing a number of citizens to suffer from suffocation.
