Dozens of dead and wounded as the occupation continues its aggression on Lebanon

Dozens of Lebanese citizens were killed and injured on Thursday evening as a result of the ongoing Israeli occupation aggression on Lebanon, amid widespread destruction of buildings, facilities and infrastructure.

The Lebanese News Agency reported that 8 civil defense paramedics and 9 civilians were killed in raids targeting the city of Baalbek, while 4 paramedics and 11 civilians were killed in raids on Nabatieh and the towns of Arabsalim and Joya in southern Lebanon.

The occupation aircraft also launched a series of raids on the southern suburbs of Beirut, targeting the areas of Shiyah and Ghobeiry. The occupation aircraft and artillery bombed the cities of Tyre and Nabatieh and the towns of Jbaa, Sareen, Zeita, Toura, Maarakeh, Hanin, Tayri, Tamnin al-Tahta, Shamstar, Boudai, Douris, Chtaura, Shebaa, Taria, al-Bayada, Rasm al-Hadath, al-Bazaliyah, al-Mansouri, Bint Jbeil, Qanarit, Shaqra, Houmin al-Fawqa, Haboush, Qana, Sayr al-Gharbiya, Bnaafoul, Meifdoun, Deir Ams and Aitat in southern Lebanon and the Bekaa.

The Lebanese Ministry of Health announced the martyrdom of 21 people as a result of the occupation raids yesterday, Wednesday, bringing the number of dead since the beginning of the Israeli aggression on Lebanon on October 8, 2023, to 3,386 martyrs, in addition to 14,417 wounded.
