Israeli forces launch arrest campaign in the West Bank and Jerusalem
The Israeli occupation forces launched an arrest campaign in the West Bank and occupied Jerusalem at dawn and on Thursday morning.
In Ramallah, the occupation forces arrested journalist Maher Haroun during their raid on the Amari camp in the city of Al-Bireh, and also arrested the young man Ahmed Al-Suqi during their raid on the Umm Al-Sharait neighborhood in the city.
In the village of Deir Ibzi’, west of Ramallah, the two young men were arrested: Ahmed Mustafa Hajir (21) years old, and Raed Samir Ibrahim (21) years old, while the young man Samed Abdul Aziz Abdo (28) years old was arrested from the village of Kafr Na’ma, west of the city.
In occupied Jerusalem, the occupation forces arrested the young man Majd Fikri Hamid from the town of Beit Anan, northwest of occupied Jerusalem, after raiding his home and assaulting him and his family.
In Hebron, the occupation forces arrested from the town of Al-Shuyukh, east of the city, the following: Secretary of the Fatah Movement, Muhammad Issa Tafesh, and his two sons, Sand and Qusay, Muhammad Adnan Halayqa, Mujahid Abdullah Halayqa, and Shadi Atiya Halayqa.
The same sources added that these forces arrested from the town of Idhna, to the west, each of: Ahmed Muhammad Al-Batran, Muhammad Al-Asoud, the father of the martyr Muhannad, his brother Mahmoud Al-Asoud, the cousins of the martyr Omar, and Tayseer Khalil Al-Asoud, and abused the citizens, and vandalized the contents of the homes.
Media activist Mohammed Awad pointed out that the occupation forces arrested the two boys, Yousef Ahmed Mahmoud Al-Alami (17 years old), and Iskandar Nasser Abdul Hamid Abu Maria (16 years old), and transferred them to an occupation army camp inside the "Karmi Tzur" settlement, south of Beit Ummar.
