Fires in Safed.. Hezbollah bombs Meron and Mishar bases with missiles

Press sources in southern Lebanon reported that Katyusha rockets were fired towards the Meron base.

Hezbollah announced in a statement that it had targeted the headquarters of the air surveillance unit and its management at that base, as well as targeting the Mishar and Ein Zeitim bases.

The party said in its statements: "We bombed with Katyusha rockets the headquarters of the main intelligence responsible for assassinations in the Mishar base," and "We also bombed with Katyusha rockets the headquarters of the air control unit and the air operations department in the Meron base."

Meanwhile, the newspaper "Israel Hayom" pointed out that the interception was activated in the skies of Safed in the Upper Galilee after the sirens sounded.

In addition, an Israeli settler was injured in the occupied Syrian Golan Heights on Friday, while fires broke out as a result of missiles falling from Lebanon in areas near the city of Safed, according to Hebrew media.

Minutes earlier, Channel 12 reported that sirens sounded in the Golan Heights. In turn, the Israeli army radio reported: “In the last hour, 130 rockets were fired from Lebanon at the Galilee and the Golan Heights.”

Dozens of rockets fired from Lebanon

This comes after an Israeli raid targeted the southern suburb of Beirut, which has so far resulted in 8 martyrs and 59 wounded, according to the Lebanese Ministry of Health.

The raid, which destroyed two buildings, targeted Hezbollah leader Ibrahim Aqil.

This comes the day after a heated day of exchange of fire with Hezbollah, which announced launching 17 attacks on soldiers, sites, military vehicles and settlements in northern Israel.

In addition, the Israeli Public Broadcasting Corporation (Radio Kan) said today, Friday, that about 150 rockets were launched from Lebanon across the border.

The Israeli Ambulance Service noted that there were no reports yet of human casualties as a result of the fall of missiles.
