Mustafa discusses latest developments with British Minister of State for the Middle East
Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Mohammad Mustafa, discussed, during a phone call today, Monday, with the Minister of State for the Middle East at the British Foreign Office, Hamish Falconer, the latest developments in the Palestinian territories in light of the ongoing war of extermination against our people in the Gaza Strip, and the escalation of the aggression of the occupation army and settlers in the West Bank.
Mustafa welcomed the many positive steps taken by the British government, the latest of which was the decision to suspend some arms export licenses to Israel, which is an important step in its commitment to international law, especially in light of the recent advisory opinion of the International Court of Justice on Israel's illegal occupation of Palestinian territories.
The Prime Minister stressed the need to push efforts to stop the war on our people in the Gaza Strip, and to open more crossings to increase the amount of relief aid entering and ensure its delivery to all parts of the Strip.
Mustafa stressed the continuation of Palestinian diplomatic efforts to criminalize the occupation, and to gain more support for the Palestinian right to self-determination, end the occupation, and establish an independent state.
