This evening, Wednesday, the Israeli occupation forces stormed the Yabous Cultural Center in occupied Jerusalem and prevented the screening of films dealing with the ongoing Israeli aggression against our people in the Gaza Strip.
Eyewitnesses reported that elements of the occupation police and intelligence stormed the center and forced those present to evacuate it, and prevented the screening of short films about Gaza, before closing the building.
The Yabous Center was scheduled to screen this evening, in partnership with Film Lab Palestine, films that include untold stories from Gaza, entitled “From Zero Distance,” a project by director Rashid Masharawi.
