Israeli occupation arrests at least 25 Palestinians from the West Bank
From yesterday evening until Wednesday morning, the Israeli occupation forces arrested at least 25 citizens from the West Bank, including Jerusalem.
The Prisoners' and Ex-Prisoners' Affairs Authority and the Prisoners' Club reported in a joint statement that among the detainees were two wounded, two female students, and a journalist, in addition to a child and former detainees. The arrests were distributed across the governorates of Tulkarm, Hebron, Ramallah, Bethlehem, Tubas, Nablus, and Jerusalem.
The occupation continues to carry out widespread raids and abuse, and attacks against detainees and their families, in addition to direct shooting to kill, and the use of detainees as human shields, in addition to widespread sabotage and destruction of citizens’ homes, and the destruction of infrastructure.
It is noteworthy that the total number of arrests since the beginning of the ongoing war of extermination has reached more than (9,785) arrests in the West Bank, and included all segments of Palestinian society, noting that this number includes those who were arrested from homes, through military checkpoints, and those who were forced to surrender themselves under pressure. And those who were held hostage.
