Netanyahu's office: The war will not end unless all its goals are achieved.

The Israeli Prime Minister's Office said that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is determined not to end the war until all its goals are achieved.

Netanyahu's office said, following Biden's speech, that "the government of Israel is united in its desire to return the kidnapped people as soon as possible, and it is working to achieve this goal."

It added, "Therefore, the Prime Minister instructed the negotiating team to submit a proposal in order to achieve this goal, while committing that the war will not end until all its goals are achieved, including the recovery of all the kidnapped people and the elimination of Hamas' governmental and military capabilities."

Netanyahu's office indicated that "the precise proposal presented by Israel, including the transition from one stage to another, allows Israel to maintain these principles."

It stressed that Netanyahu assigned the negotiating team to provide broad lines that would allow a conditional transition from one stage to another in order to achieve the goals of returning detainees and eliminating Hamas.
Israeli Channel 12 quoted an Israeli official as saying, “US President Joe Biden does not understand the reality here, and his speech is weak and represents a victory for Hamas.”
