War on Gaz: 91 Palestinians killed within 24 hours
The Gaza Ministry of Health announced today, Thursday, that the Israeli occupation committed 9 massacres against families in the Gaza Strip, including 91 deaths and 21 injuries to hospitals during the past 24 hours.
The Ministry indicated that the toll of the Israeli aggression had risen to 35,800 killed and 80,011 injuries since the seventh of last October.
In detail, dozens of citizens were killed and others were injured yesterday, after the Israeli army bombed various areas of the Gaza Strip, in the ongoing aggression for the 229th day in a row.
At least 14 citizens, including children, were killed, and others were injured, as a result of reconnaissance aircraft bombing on Gaza City.
Reconnaissance planes bombed a group of citizens who were gathering in front of a gas station in the Zaytoun neighborhood in Gaza City, killing at least 10 of them, including children, and wounding 20 others.
Four citizens were also killed, and others were injured, after the Israeli aircraft targeted displaced people as they were leaving a shelter in the Jabalia camp in the northern Gaza Strip.
The Israeli aircraft launched air strikes, targeting the center and south of the city of Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip, while the Israeli warboats destroyed fishermen's boats on the shore of Rafah, and artillery bombed several areas in Jabalia al-Balad, north of the Gaza Strip.
Local sources reported that Israeli occupation army artillery fired several shells at citizens' homes in the Tal al-Hawa neighborhood, southwest of Gaza City, and a number of citizens were injured and taken to the Baptist Hospital in the city.
It indicated that the bodies of 6 dead and 6 wounded were recovered after a missile strike from an Israeli warplane targeted a house for the Abu Zaida family in the Al-Faluga area in Jabalia, north of the Gaza Strip.
10 citizens were killed, and a number of others were injured, as a result of the bombing of a “barracks” in the vicinity of Terence al-Baba, housing displaced people in the town of Al-Zawaida in the central Gaza Strip. They were transferred to Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in the neighboring city of Deir Al-Balah.
Israeli warplanes launched raids on the Al-Zaytoun neighborhood, southeast of Gaza City, resulting in at least two dead and a number of wounded who were transported to the Baptist Hospital in the city.
The Israeli occupation army artillery fired shells at the southern and northern areas of Gaza City, and at the eastern area of the Nuseirat camp in the central Gaza Strip.
A number of citizens were injured when Israeli warplanes bombed a house for the Farhat family in Tal Al-Sultan, west of the city of Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip. They were transferred to Kuwait Specialized Hospital, west of the city.
The Israeli artillery shelling renewed in the center and east of the city of Rafah, and Israeli quadcopter drones opened fire on various areas in the Tal Al-Sultan neighborhood, west of the city of Rafah, in the southern Gaza Strip, and air strikes from an Israeli warplane targeted the center of the city of Rafah.
On the other hand, Israeli Army Radio reported that 10 brigades are currently fighting in the Gaza Strip, in an unprecedented escalation of fighting since the beginning of the year.
In a related context, the Israeli army announced yesterday evening that 3 soldiers were killed in battles in the northern Gaza Strip.
The Israeli army allowed the publication of the names of the dead soldiers: Major (res.) Gideon Shai Deroy, 33 years old, from Tel Aviv, a fighter in the Yalam unit, Combat Engineering Corps, and Captain Israel Yudkin, 22 years old, from Kfar Chabad, a combat officer in the 97th Battalion, Kfir Brigade, Sergeant Eliyahu Haim Muslim, 21 years old, from Raanana, is a fighter in the 97th Battalion, Kfar Brigade.
The Israeli army also announced yesterday that 25 soldiers were injured in the battles in the Gaza Strip during the last 24 hours.
He added that the number of wounded among its ranks has risen to 3,568 officers and soldiers since the start of the war, including 259 who are still under treatment after being injured in the Gaza battles, 29 of whom have serious wounds.
In the Rafah area, the Israeli army said that forces from the 162nd Division were continuing their military operations there.
On the ground, Al-Qassam said that its fighters “managed to ensnare a foot force of 10 soldiers in a night ambush after targeting it with a thunderbolt and throwing hand grenades at it.”
It added that as soon as the rescue force arrived, “our mujahideen detonated a stun device inside it, killing and wounding members of the two forces” near the agricultural school north of Beit Hanoun, in the north of the Gaza Strip.
The Al-Qassam Brigades also confirmed that they sniped 3 Israeli soldiers north of Beit Hanoun.
It said that her resistance "managed to kill two Israeli soldiers in the Brazil neighborhood, southeast of the city of Rafah."
The Qassam Brigades statement also indicated that its combat units on the ground destroyed two Israeli Merkava tanks with an “Al-Yassin 105” shell in the Brazil neighborhood, southeast of the city of Rafah.
In the same place, Al-Qassam's statement indicates that its fighters targeted two D-9 military bulldozers with an "Al-Yassin 105" shell and another bulldozer with a "Shawaz" device.
The Al-Qassam Brigades confirmed in a separate statement that the resistance fighters had targeted an Israeli troop carrier with a Tandom shell in the vicinity of Salah al-Din Gate, southeast of the city of Rafah.
Al-Qassam broadcasted images of an Israeli soldier being sniped in the Netzarim axis, southwest of Gaza City, and also broadcast images of Israeli crowds being bombarded with mortar shells in the same area.
