These plans were concentrated in the Jerusalem Governorate with 13 structural plans, most of them in the “Maale Adumim” colony, including the approval of a structural plan that followed the approval of the occupation “cabinet” to “legitimize” a colonial outpost under the name “Mishmar Yehuda”, which is located between the two established “Efrat” colonies. On the lands of the Bethlehem Governorate, and the “Kedar” colony established on the lands of the Jerusalem Governorate, followed by the Bethlehem Governorate with 9 structural plans for colonies established on its lands, most of which are concentrated in the “Beitar Illit” and “Efrat” colonies, followed by the Salfit Governorate with 8 structural plans for the colonies, Most of them are for the benefit of Ariel Colony, then Ramallah Governorate, with 7 plans for various colonies distributed throughout the governorate.

The colonists established 11 colonial outposts, in addition to constructing 5 roads, to facilitate the movement of the colonists and to connect the outposts to existing colonies.

Especially the olive tree, as the Commission’s crews monitored attacks on more than 9,600 Palestinian trees by destroying, uprooting, and poisoning, most of them olive trees.

According to the report, the number of permanent and temporary checkpoints (gates, military or dirt barriers) that divide the Palestinian territories and impose restrictions on the movement of individuals and goods to date has reached a total of 840 military checkpoints and gates, including more than 140 gates that were installed shortly after the 7th of October.
