War on Gaza: The death toll rises to 32,226, and the Israeli army admits attacking “Al-Amal” Hospital
The toll of the ongoing Israeli war on Gaza since October 7, 2023, has risen to 32,226 dead and 74,518 injured, after the Israeli army committed 8 massacres, claiming 84 dead and 106 injuries during the past 24 hours, according to a statement by the Ministry of Health in Gaza, today, Sunday.
The Israeli army acknowledged attacking the "Al-Amal" Hospital in Khan Yunis, in a statement issued on Sunday evening, claiming the presence of members of the Hamas movement there. The Israeli army said, “Following accurate intelligence information obtained by the Israeli army and the (Israeli General Security Service) Shin Bet, indicating that there are saboteurs in (the) ‘Amal Hospital’ who are using civilian infrastructure for terrorist purposes, the Israeli army and the Shin Bet began work in (the place).”
On Sunday, the Israeli war on the Gaza Strip entered its 170th day, as the Israeli army intensified its raids and bombardment of various areas in Rafah, while it continued its siege of the Al-Shifa Complex and its surroundings for the seventh day.
The Israeli army announced the killing of a soldier from the 932nd Battalion in battles in the northern Gaza Strip. The soldier was killed in clashes around the Shifa Medical Complex, bringing the army’s death toll to 596 Israeli officers and soldiers since the start of the Al-Aqsa Flood Battle, including 252 killed in ground battles inside Gaza. .
