Israeli sources said on Sunday, "Israel has received Hamas's response, but the response does not respond to its demand to provide a list of names of living Israeli prisoners, and does not include the numbers of Palestinian prisoners whose release the movement is demanding."

The sources confirmed that Israel will not send a delegation to Cairo after receiving a Qatari response stating that Hamas’s response does not allow negotiations to progress.

An Israeli official threatened Hamas that the failure of the exchange deal would have repercussions. 

A delegation from the Hamas movement arrived in Cairo today, coinciding with the arrival of delegations of Qatari, Egyptian and American mediators.
