Hezbollah official killed in southern Lebanon by Israeli raid
An official of Hezbollah's resistance brigades was killed in the town of Kafr Shuba in southern Lebanon, and another member was wounded as a result of a house being targeted in a raid carried out by an Israeli drone at dawn today (Wednesday), according to a Lebanese military source.
The source told Xinhua News Agency that "an Israeli drone fired two missiles at dawn towards a house in the center of the town of Kfar Shuba in the eastern sector of southern Lebanon, which led to its destruction, the killing of one person, and the wounding of another."
He added, "Members of the Civil Defense worked to remove the rubble of the house, recovered the body of the dead man, and transported the wounded man to a hospital in the area," noting that the dead man was called Nabegh al-Qadiri (50 years old), an official in charge of the Resistance Brigades affiliated with Hezbollah in the town of Kafr Shuba.
