A 12-year-old Palestinian boy identified as Mohammad Ibrahim Edeli was shot dead by Israeli occupation forces tonight during confrontations in the town of Beita, located south of Nablus in the occupied West Bank, according to local sources.
The sources reported that the Israeli occupation forces fired live ammunition towards local residents during the confrontations in the town, resulting in the murder of the young child. Ahmed Jibril, the director of the Emergency and Ambulance Center at the Red Crescent in Nablus, confirmed that the child sustained a gunshot wound to the chest and was promptly transported to a nearby hospital, where he was announced dead of his wounds.
