A young man slaughters his sister in the Negev

A 26-year-old woman was killed last night by her brother in the occupied Negev .

According to the Hebrew website Ynet, the young woman, from Kseifa, was beheaded with a blunt object.

He pointed out that the Israeli police arrested her brother.
